Unity Digital's SATA DOM, SATA Flash Module (SFM) delivers all the advantages of Flash Disk technology with the Serial ATA I/II interface, including the smallest form factor and the option of adding DDRII for enhanced random performance. Unity's SATA DOM is designed with the form factor of 7-Pin SATA signals and could be mounted directly to Host without any effort. Moreover, Unity’s SFM can be operated at a maximum operating frequency of 120MHz with 30MHz external crystal, as well as coming with a wide range of product capacity (up to 64GB). Unity's SATA DOMoffers the performance up to 180MB/s for read and 75MB/s for write based on Toshiba 24nm ONFI/Toggle NAND.
